NUN Foundation for Education and Culture was established in 2014 with the aim of raising young generations who are moral, visionary and conscious, have a sense of responsibility, an intellectual and aesthetic point of view, who will contribute to the future of our country and our world.
Based on the fact that true wisdom can only be obtained by one's knowing himself as mentioned in the teachings of the great Turkish poet and mystic Yunus Emre and other scholars, NUN Foundation for Education and Culture aims to provide a wide and enriching educational environment where young people will have the opportunity to truly know themselves, discover and develop their unique competencies and talents, and form a strong character.
For this purpose, NUN Foundation for Education and Culture, which firstly established NUN Primary School in 2014, added NUN Middle School and NUN High School in 2016 to its family and set out to train young people who will explore, question and process knowledge.
NUN Schools, which applies a unique content within the framework of the International Baccalaureate (IB) Primary Years Programme (PYP), the Middle Years Programme (MYP) and the Diploma Programme (DP) in line with the curriculum of the Ministry of National Education, aims to raise its students as world citizens who are aware of their own values.
It aims to raise a youth who is integrated with the world and internalized their national and spiritual values, with the education model that permeates the entire program. In NUN Schools, education is always intertwined with life and continues uninterruptedly. In this sense, a great attention is paid to ensure that students know themselves and are sensitive to the environment. NUN Schools expects from students to turn their knowledge into action with their sense of conscience.
